At Men Rock, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we offer a 30-day return policy in line with your statutory rights under UK and EU consumer law.

Eligibility for Returns You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible:

The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
It must be in the same condition in which you received it.
Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required.

To start a return, contact us at sales@menrock.co.uk. Once your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at sales@menrock.co.uk so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the refund process.
